Introductory Case Study, Series Part 1

Thank you for everything! I oversee public relations for Tocho Marking.

This week, it snowed in Tokyo, paralyzing public transportation as it always does.

I think it was the first time in a while that kids were happy with snow!

This time, we will focus on the implementation of dot peen markers!

The name of the company that cooperated with us will be withheld per request, but we will accept an image of the engraved work!

The models introduced this time are the dot marker MB1010 and the circumferential device.

This machine can automatically rotate the workpiece and stamp it all the way around!

*Below is a reference video for the automated rotary device*

Let's look at the work of the companies that cooperated with us!

It's a little hard to see, but I think you can see the markings on the top. Originally, engraving was done by hand. The dots engraved at the bottom are those engraved with the stamping machine we introduced this time.

I am very pleased with how this turned out!

I hope that you will continue to use it more and more and find it useful in reducing the burden on workers and shortening work time!

Thank you to the companies that cooperated!

See you on the next blog! We hope you join us for the next blog post!
