Shopping
We accept returns and exchanges, except for spare parts, within 15 days of the invoice date. Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and receipts. A 50% restocking fee applies to all returnable items. Any damage to the equipment will be assessed, and the cost will be billed to the customer. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy Page before initiating a return.
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on inventory availability. If an item is out of stock or requires partial shipping, we will notify you after your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the QuickBooks invoice email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your delivery.
We accept major credit/debit cards through PayPal.
No, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. However, we have a worldwide network and can refer you to a local or nearby contact in your country for your convenience.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact customer support immediately.
Yes, all products, except for spare parts, come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty document for more details.

When a product is discontinued, TOCHO continues to support customers for a limited period.
Supply parts are available for 5 years, and repair support is offered for 7 years from the end of production. However, please note that some products may become unrepairable if parts run out earlier.
You can check the Discontinued Product List below for specific end-of-production, parts supply, and repair support dates. Before sending a repair request, please contact our support team to confirm availability.
TOCHO also offers an Exchange Program for discontinued MarkinBOX products, allowing upgrades to the latest models of marking heads and controllers. For details, please reach out to our support team.

Note *1 Due to the change in solenoid body length, the marking position will be lowered. When mounting the head onto equipment, please take a look at the comparative drawing *PDF for guidance.
*Some products may not be able to get repaired as supply parts have ended even though before the end of repair support. Please contact our support desk before placing an order for repair.
