Return Policy:
You have 15 calendar days from the invoice date to return a returnable item listed below. A 50% restocking fee applies to returnable items. Any damage to the equipment will be assessed and billed to the customer.
Please ensure that the returnable item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

Return shipping fees:
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of a TOCHO MARKING SYSTEMS AMERICA, INC. error, we’ll refund return shipping costs as well.
Refund method:
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
Cancellation Policy:
If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email us immediately and we will try to get the order canceled if your order has not been shipped yet. You will then be fully refunded.
